Error description

  • The pages for the last solution and role that you used don't
display when you log back into Case client.
A blank page is displayed with a small arrow for the solution
and role selector.  If you open the solution and role selector
and pick a role, the pages still display correctly.
The issue occurs when the Business Automation Workflow
environment is configured with an external Content Navigator.
The issue might also occur after the external Content Navigator
application server had restarted.
